1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourChoice website and moving services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
YourChoice provides professional moving and relocation services across India. Our services include but are not limited to: • Residential moving services • Commercial/office moving services • Long-distance moving • Local moving • Packing and unpacking services • Storage solutions • Specialized item handling All services are subject to availability and our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final pricing may vary based on actual services provided, additional items, or changes in requirements. • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers • A deposit may be required to secure your booking • Final payment is due upon completion of the move • Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All costs will be clearly communicated before the move begins.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking Process: • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person • A confirmed booking requires acceptance of these terms • Booking confirmation will be provided via email or SMS Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date • Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy • No-show charges may apply if you're not available at the scheduled time Rescheduling: • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance • We'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability • Additional charges may apply for last-minute rescheduling
5. Liability and Insurance
YourChoice is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your belongings during the move. • Standard insurance coverage is included with all moves • Additional full-value protection plans are available • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • We will assess and process claims according to our insurance policy • Certain items may require special insurance arrangements Limitation of Liability: • Our liability is limited to the value of items as declared • We are not responsible for items not disclosed or properly packed • Damage to items packed by customers may have limited coverage • We recommend transporting valuable items personally Customers are encouraged to: • Declare all valuable items • Purchase additional insurance for high-value items • Keep important documents and valuables with you
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for: • Providing accurate information about your move • Ensuring access to pickup and delivery locations • Being present or having an authorized representative present during the move • Securing necessary permits or permissions for parking/loading • Preparing items that require special handling • Notifying us of any fragile or valuable items • Ensuring all items are legal to transport • Clearing all personal items from drawers and cabinets • Disconnecting appliances (or arranging for disconnection) Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
7. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following items: • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, chemicals, explosives) • Perishable foods • Live plants and animals • Cash, jewelry, and valuable documents (unless special arrangements are made) • Illegal items or contraband • Items that could damage other belongings • Extremely valuable items without proper insurance A complete list of prohibited items will be provided upon request. Items found during the move that are prohibited will not be transported, and you will be responsible for their disposal.

We will work with you to resolve any issues.
